App Terms & Conditions

Flow  ·  Effective date: March 2026

By using Flow, you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain English. The short version: be kind, don't misuse the app, and understand we provide it as-is.

What Flow is

Flow is a co-working presence app designed for neurodivergent people and anyone who wants a quieter, lower-pressure space to work alongside others. It is published by Moonga Studio, an independent studio based in Kerala, India, and is available on Android and the web.

Using the app

You agree to use Flow in good faith. Specifically, you won't:

Flow is a calm space. People using it are often in a vulnerable or focused state. Behaviour that disrupts that calm may result in your device being blocked from the app.

Nicknames and content

You choose your own nickname and write your own intentions and chat messages. You are responsible for what you write. Don't share anything you'd regret. Chat messages are deleted after 24 hours and are not moderated in real time — if you see something harmful, please report it to [email protected].

No account, no warranty

There are no accounts in Flow. Your session data is tied to your device ID only. If you uninstall the app or clear your data, your local data is gone permanently. We cannot recover it.

Flow is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and we're not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, data loss, or bugs.

Intellectual property

The Flow app, its design, and its brand belong to Moonga Studio. You're welcome to talk about Flow, share screenshots, and recommend it. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its code.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. We'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Kerala, India.
